As a lifelong resident of Nowata County, Sarah Key, brings 15 years of banking experience to the South Coffeyville Area Development Authority (SCADA). Mrs. Key currently serves as Vice President and Bank Manager of Welch State Bank, a regional bank with a branch in South Coffeyville. Mrs. Key has been with Welch State Bank since 2017 and previously has served in banking positions in South Coffeyville’s sister city, Coffeyville, Kansas.
As of January 2019, Mrs. Key has become the Chairman of SCADA. She has replaced outgoing longtime Chairman, Diana Forth, who retired from her position at the end of 2018. This marks two consecutive terms of strong, local women serving as the community’s lead evangelist for economic development.
Outside of her local civic duties, Mrs. Key serves on the board of the Nowata County Industrial Authority. Serving her city and county is no stranger to Mrs. Key, as she has held positions with multiple economic development boards and committees.
Mrs. Key is a proud resident of South Coffeyville and she is here to serve as a guide to the economic opportunities, economic stakeholders and growing businesses located here, in South Coffeyville, Oklahoma.
Wad Lamb currently serves as South Coffeyville's Chief of Police.
Chief Lamb has long been a civil servant. His servant leadership is known far beyond the Coffeyville Region.

Mrs. Nolte has lived in the area for 40+ years. She has been at local industry giant, SP Foundry for 25 years in the Human Resources field.
Mrs. Nolte is proudly married with 4 children and 11 grandchildren.
Superintendent Haddox is a life-long educator. He serves as South Coffeyville School District's superintendent and has been a respected voice in local development projects.
